NOEL

I've been in the industry for eighteen years. I trained with Toni & Guy before leading at one of the UK's top barbering academies, and what I love most is creating shape: cuts that frame the face and work with your hair, not against it.

Book me if: You've got longer hair, you're growing it out, or you want layers and texture with a bit of movement. Longer styles are where I'm happiest.

Off the clock: You'll usually find me watching football, and I'm always up for a debate about the latest transfers, dodgy tactics or who should be sacked next, whoever you support. When I'm not doing that, I'm catching up on anime, with Demon Slayer, Dragon Ball Z and Pokémon always on rotation. I'm also a proud Comic Con regular and go every year. Nerd? Absolutely. Sorry? Not even slightly. My taste is music think cheesy 80’s power ballads and you’ve got my playlist.

Fun fact: I'm half Greek, half Maltese, so "Parea" was always going to feel like home.

DALE

I've been in the industry for over a decade, managing busy barbershops and spent 4 years teaching in barbering education. What I love most is scissor work: polished shapes that still sit right weeks after your cut.

Book me if: You're after a mid-length scissor cut, a swept-back style with natural flow, or a sharp, classic business cut.

Off the clock: On my days off, you'll find me hanging out with my wife and son, whether that's at the zoo, the park or the arcade. Music-wise, I’ve got varied taste but if I had to pick one specific band it's Mumford & Sons all the way. I've seen them live five times and counting, so if you're a fan too, we'll get on just fine.

Fun fact: I'm originally from Ireland, and before barbering I worked in hospitality and studied music production, so looking after people and putting customer service first has always come naturally.

ALEX

I've been in the industry for fourteen years, and precision fading is where I've built my craft. For tapers and skin fades, it all comes down to a clean blend and sharp detail, and that's the part I love most.

Book me if: You're after a tailored taper, a seamless skin fade, or a textured, choppy style with natural movement.

Off the clock: I'm a dedicated sneaker collector and always happy to talk about the latest drop. I'm also a keen traveller and a proper foodie, always hunting down the next great place to eat. My soundtrack is old-school hip hop, so if you want to talk Nas vs Wu-Tang, you're in the right chair.

Fun fact: Thanks to my Colombian heritage, I'm fluent in Spanish, so if you'd rather have your consultation en español, just ask.

Charlie

I've been in the industry for coming up to three years, and texture is where I've built my craft, cuts with real shape, movement and a natural finish. I sharpened my skills at a busy shop in Seven Sisters, where I also helped run the floor day to day. Dale, Noel and Alex were my educators when I first trained, so joining them at Parea feels like things have come full circle.

Book me if: You're after a messy mod cut, a warrior cut, a heavily textured crop, or anything with a lived-in, effortless feel.

Off the clock: You'll find me out with friends, usually with some indie on in the background. Fontaines D.C. are top of the list, so if you've got a gig recommendation, I'm all ears.

Fun fact: I'm originally from Bath, and before barbering I earned my forklift licence. These days, I stick to scissors.
